In short. Airport Ops is a free-to-view personal project. It is for curiosity and learning. It is not for navigation, flight planning, safety decisions or any operational use.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Airport Ops, including the home page at atc.gopalksharma.com and the Delhi and Mumbai dashboards (together, "the site"). The site is a personal project by Gopal ("I"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What the site does

The site shows live and recently recorded aircraft near Delhi (DEL / VIDP) and Mumbai (BOM / VABB) on a 3D map, with runway activity, weather, charts and extra views such as Replay, Pilot view and Tower view. Some features use demo or sample data, and these are clearly labelled.

3. Information only, not for operational use

Aircraft positions come from volunteer-run ADS-B receivers through the OpenSky Network. They can be late, incomplete, inaccurate or missing.
Runway, arrival, departure and estimate details are worked out automatically and are only approximate.
Weather comes from public METAR reports and may be old.
The map is a simplified, stylised model. It is not to scale in every detail and does not replace official charts.
Never rely on the site for flying, air traffic control, airport operations, collecting passengers on time, safety, security or any decision where an error could cause harm. Use official sources such as the airline, the airport and aviation authorities.

4. No affiliation

Airport Ops is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any airport, airport operator, airline, air navigation service provider, government body or the OpenSky Network. Names such as Delhi, Mumbai and airline names are used only to describe what is shown. All trademarks belong to their owners.

5. Third-party data and licences

The site uses data and content from others, including OpenSky Network, adsbdb.com, aviationweather.gov (NOAA), Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons (photos and text under their own licences), Three.js and a web-font provider. Their terms apply to their content. Photos in the flight card are credited to Wikipedia and open to the page they came from.

6. Using the site fairly

Please do not:

send automated or very frequent requests that slow the site or its data services, or try to scrape the database in bulk;
try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data;
use the site, or data copied from it, for anything unlawful, or in a way that could endanger people or aircraft;
claim the site or its design as your own, or remove the credit to the maker.

7. Sharing and embedding

You are welcome to share links to the site. The small embed card (the "Embed this on your site" option) may be placed on your own website for non-commercial or ordinary informational use, as long as the link back to the live map stays visible. I may change or switch off the embed at any time.

8. My content and code

The design, text, 3D models and code of Airport Ops are made by Gopal and are protected by copyright, except for third-party material noted in section 5. You may view the site and share links. Please ask before copying, republishing or building on it.

9. Availability and changes

The site is provided free of charge, as a personal project. It may be slow, change, go offline or be removed at any time, for example when a data source is limited or unavailable. I may update these terms, and I will change the "Last updated" date when I do. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. No warranty

The site and all data on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without promises of accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage (including missed flights, wrong decisions, lost time, or loss of data or profit) arising from using, or being unable to use, the site or relying on what it shows. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

12. Privacy

How the site uses data and cookies is explained in the privacy policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of India, in the place where I am based, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
